Assisting architects HBO+EMTB on Sydney Airport Corporation Limited’s (SACL) expansion project of Virgin Airline’s Domestic Terminal.
Duties have incuded:
The documenting for wayfinding and SACL’s regulatory specifications for public, back of house and tarmac areas to provide a seamless wayfinding transition between the existing and expansion areas of the terminal.
The site survey of existing signage within the above areas in order to duplicate the terminal’s existing style of wayfinding to be implemented throughout the terminal’s expansion.
Matching of font, colour, and existing signage to be implemented within the terminal’s expansion. Identifying to SACL issues with insitu signage and providing solutions to rectify hilighted concerns.
Attending stakeholder meetings and liasing with architects, SACL representatives and contractors. Providing 50 sheet wayfinding and signage document for implementation.
